FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How quickly can you get our order to us?
A: For orders over 100, up to 150 (maximum per order) badges, we ask that you give us at least one week to prepare, make and send you the badges. Orders are accepted on a first come, first completed basis and we will not entertain queue-jumping.

Q: How much do you charge for postage?
A: Unlike many other badge makers, we do not charge extra for postage. What you see is what you pay.

Q: Do you make badges for anyone outside of the United Kingdom ?
A: No, we don't. There are several reasons for this, including exchange rate fluctuations, expensive international carriage and import duties for overseas countries.

Q: I live in the USA but I want 200 badges made. How do I order them?
A: We do not supply our badges outside of the United Kingdom. You are advised to check the Yellow Pages for badge makers in your own domicile.

Q: Can I negotiate a larger discount on your badge prices?
A: Our badge prices are already highly competitive and allowances have already been factored in for discounts.

Q: What size badges do you supply?
A: At the moment, we can supply 2.25 inch (58mm) and 1 inch (25mm) diameter badges.

Q: I want to use a logo on my badges, but I don't own the logo. Is this okay?
A: Care is to be taken where using other people's artwork is concerned. We would always encourage our customers to obtain appropriate copyright permissions before use. It'll save you a lot of legal aggro in the long run! Please also bear in mind that we will accept no responsibility for printing badges from your instructions if they contain third-party copyrighted material.

Q: How do you accept payment?
A: If you are ordering by post, we accept cheques, but please bear in mind that we will wait for cleared funds before working on your order. If we are personally dropping in with your badges, we prefer cash (or guaranteed cheque) on delivery. A 20% deposit would be appreciated at the time of order placement. Please do not ask us to accept payment by PayPal as this is not an option.

Q: How do I know when my badges have been dispatched?
A: We always send orders by 'signed for' post. This way, we know that you will receive them as they have to be signed for upon delivery. We will also email you so that you'll know your order is on its way. Alternatively, if you live within 5 miles radius of us, we will deliver your badges personally.
